Chef Stew has always believed that great food shouldn't be gated behind resort prices or a Strip hotel lobby. Stew's Stix Café LV is located on the historic Pioneer Trail in Las Vegas's Historic Westside — a neighborhood featured in the Green Book, and now home to the National Headquarters for Transition Kitchen Hospitality Training & the World Famous Stew's Stix Café.

Stew's Stix Café LV brings the same gourmet lollipop cuisine that's been served at Super Bowl LVIII, NASCAR, and NFL events — repackaged for a neighborhood sit-down experience. Breakfast and lunch, daily, with a menu built specifically for the community.
